I wish I was there at the Waters Edge Townhomes this morning to witness this beautiful sunrise in person, but at least we can see it via our webcam! Click here to view a live image of our wonderful White Mountain Lake.
I stumbled across this video that ADOT created about the State Route 260 construction. For those of us that drive from Phoenix to White Mountain Lake, it's kind of interesting to look back at it, now that it's all done. The final stretch of construction on Highway 260 between Payson and Show Low, just west of Christopher Creek, has been completed! The photo directly below was taken yesterday (October 13, 2013) approaching the new bridge. The other photo was from the same spot in Google Maps Street View in 2012. What a difference a year makes! Thanks ADOT for making our commute from Phoenix to White Mountain Lake so smooth!
I noticing the webcam image becoming increasingly brown colored and the image quality getting blurry over the past few months so I called DropCam and they sent me a brand new camera, free of charge. As you can see by the screenshots below, the new camera looks much better!
Beautiful Columbus Day weekend here at White Mountain Lake, Arizona. The leaves are just starting to turn brilliant gold. The air is cool and crisp. Highs around 70, lows around 40. Not a cloud in sight!
Another beautiful scene captured by our White Mountain Lake webcam. Wish we were there tonight to witness the Harvest Moon in person, but it looks just as pretty here in Phoenix.
Another beautiful, dramatic weather photo as captured by our White Mountain Lake, Arizona, video web cam today.
What a beautiful weekend it has been here on White Mountain Lake, Arizona. Temps in the 80s, lightning storms in the evenings. That's why we all love it here! Happy Labor Day!
Amazing-looking storm clouds captured by our White Mountain Lake webcam today, July 16th, 2013.
