Waters Edge Townhomes at White Mountain Lake

Who knew it gets so cold at White Mountain Lake!? After several days in a row where the temperature never got above freezing, our beautiful lake is frozen solid! Hard to believe if you are a summer-only visitor! You've got to come up here a few times in the winter to experience the beautiful, crisp, cold days (and nights).

Jet Skis, speed boats, sail boats, paddle boats... you name it, it was here on White Mountain Lake this Labor Day weekend! Couldn't have asked for better weather. Highs in the 80s every day.

For those of you needing to refinish your wood decks, we just had ours done by Rapp's Premier Painting using Sherman Williams Deckscapes semi transparent exterior deck stain (see photos above). Steve Rapp and his crew did a great job. They pressure-washed all the decks, masked off areas so they didn't get splattered and sprayed/brushed on the new stain. The color they chose was a mixture of Cambric and Brown Sugar (see photos above). The color looks very close to the original stain. We were very happy with the job Steve Rapp did and would recommend them to anyone else needing any painting work done. Here is Steve's contact information:

The first jet ski of the season on White Mountain Lake, AZ as caught on the Waters Edge Town Homes webcam today, May 6th, 2012.

I think I can safely say that Spring is officially here on the shores of White Mountain Lake, Arizona. The Spring wildflowers are in full bloom, the leaves are out on the trees and the temps are in the 80s. I don't think we'll be seeing any more freak snow storms this year! I can't think of a better place to spend a day in May than the White Mountains!

Six inches of snow LAST Saturday, highs in the 80s THIS Saturday! Gotta love it!
